Host Cell Example
The GEM Supervisor application is designed to manage one or more SECS equipment connections. It also has the built-in ability to be part of a Datahub message group, and exchange SEMATECH standard VFEI command, event, and alarm messages with external software processes. In this diagram, the GEM Supervisor is also functioning as the Datahub server which allows the host application to control the Supervisor process using Datahub client software. |
