* NOTE for downloads in
Windows browsers:
The non-Windows Inspect executables have no
extensions. Your browser may assume they
are .txt files. To overcome this, right-click. Then
for Explorer select "Save Target As" and
delete the .txt extension. For Netscape,
select "Save Link Target As" and change the "Save as type"
selection from "Text File" to "All Files".
