Development Kit (SDK)
includes comprehensive and extensible PSEM, TSEM, and HSEM (SEMI
E91, E122, E123)
support for your specific equipment. Suitable for equipment manufacturers
and fabs, its SECS-II/GEM core has broad connectivity
for HSMS, XML, ODBC, RS-232, TCP/IP, and UDP. Non-GEM devices are also
easily supported. Plus, its versatility allows you
to implement new message types without a software upgrade.
But the Datahub goes
well beyond the needs of SECS integration. Its powerful
middleware capabilities can efficiently meet your overall
integration needs. It utilizes an in-memory SQL database for low-latency
access. In a synergistic leap, access to the in-memory
database is provided by subscription. There is no polling. When data
is updated, subscriptions notify your application. Plus,
you can limit that notification to any subset of the data.

your existing SQL skills for fast integration.
This high performance,
in-demand approach eliminates high-volume, real-time exchanges
with your persistent database.
Traffic is limited to application data that you select.
The Datahub
offers portability across most major platforms including:
HP-UX, Solaris, Linux, SunOS, and AIX.
With the core engine written in C, primary programming
environments are provided for .NET and
Tcl, enabling fast and efficient development.
Our full .NET components (SecsPort
and SecsHost) allow you
to take advantage of .NET features like managed code and libraries.
Libraries for Visual
Basic and Java are also provided.
